I have been called to a path of Spirit for as long as I can remember. I am an instinctive mystic, a natural contemplative, and an emotionally pragmatic wild woman who likes to howl at the moon when the mood takes me.
My own spirit path is rooted in the Earth. I love ritual, ceremony and the power of sound and word. I am inspired by plants and rocks and the sacred places of the Earth. I have a deep remembering of another way of being human and a passion for the journey we can all take as we recognise ourselves as the Divine taking human expression. I love all faith paths and I am always learning, always looking for the wisdom in the heart of all true teachings and traditions.
I offer workshops, retreats, courses, life ceremonies, one-to-one sessions and sacred circle spaces all with you and your unfolding sacred journey at their heart. I also offer in person retreats and sessions.

Sometimes your journey doesn't fit neatly into a session or a workshop day. Sometimes you need to reach out and connect with like minded individuals or reconnect with me. Sometimes you are ready for the next bit ahead of our next meeting or you don't have the money right now to book in and get a top up. I have always wanted to offer a degree of continued support for you and this was much easier for me before Nate (my little son) came into my life. Now I find myself needing to create a better balance between my commitment to your journey, my own and my role in Nate's life (and Alex likes my attention sometimes too!) So I have stepped into offering this online community space with the intention of creating a little online world for all things that speak to the depth, the chaos, the joy and the wisdom of the heart of the spiritual journey.

Joining Spirit Heart is free and there is lots of free content as well as pay-what you-can ceremonies and mini courses. I do charge for some of the spaces I create. I make this really clear in my advertising and when you click.
